Villa Santa Margherita is surrounded by greenery and the “Vino’s” and “Chianti’s”routes. It’s in excellent position for who wants relaxation and culture with trips in cities of art like Siena, San Gimignano, Florence and Volterra.

It’s surrounded by a big enclosed park in a sunny position and the villa has a beautiful swimming pool with water massage (6x15 mt and deep from 1,00 to 2,40 mt).
The private lake, surrounded by trees, is accessible by the guests and it’s the best thing for the moments of rest and silence in the shade on the garden seats, which are booked for the guests.
Around the villa there’re a vineyard, a little olive grove and a Tuscan vegetable garden.

The owners sometimes offer to guests the vegetable garden’s early produces and a good glass of wine of own production.

The villa  has recently restructured and it has four apartments, which are furnished with care and style and they have private balcony, table and chairs to eat out, satellite television, reserved parking lot, hot water, fridge, radiator, oven, gas, electricity, final cleanness, access to swimming pool and barbecue.

Staggia Senese is the nearest town, where the guests can find supermarkets, chemist and bank.
Monteriggioni is far from here 12 km.
